Renovated a 50-year-old house with extensive changes was a challenging yet rewarding project.

Initial Assessment: We conducted a thorough inspection of the existing structure to identify any structural weaknesses or issues that need to be addressed before beginning the renovation.

Design Phase: We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences. Create detailed plans for the new layout, including the placement of structural members, stairs, plumbing, and electrical lines. Considered factors such as natural light, ventilation, and flow during the design process.

Structural Work: We hired a qualified structural consultant to add new structural members to support the changes in the layout. This involved reinforcing existing walls and adding additional support beams.

Demolition and Construction: We removed old stairs, walls, and flooring as needed to make way for the new layout. Built new stairs, walls, and plumbing/electrical lines according to the design plans. Ensure that all work is done safely and up to code.

Flooring Installation: We installed marble flooring throughout the house, taking care to properly prepare the subfloor and ensure a level installation.

Kitchen and Dining Area: Shifted the location of the kitchen and dining area according to the new layout. Installed new cabinets, countertops, and appliances in the kitchen, and created a functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and dining space.

Interior Design: We worked with the client to select furniture, fixtures, and finishes that complement the new layout and design aesthetic. We considered the sizes of existing furniture pieces when planning the interior layout to ensure everything fits harmoniously.

Final Touches: We added cladding, textured paint and other decorative pieces to complete the renovation.
